The treatment of data will be aimed to the study of the artwork, its  possible registration  and the  information transfer requested by the user himself, and it will be effected according to the rules of discretion, honesty, lawfulness and transparency, also by electronic and/or automated means. The data forwarded by application forms will not be communicated or broadcast to other parties. The grant of data is optional. However their missing grant will imply a  not allowed access to the requested information or services. At any time it is possible to assert the rights stated in the art.7 of the law 196/2003.

RIGHTS OF USERS

The people concerned with personal data have the right, at any time, to have confirmation of their data existence, to know their content and origin, verify their accuracy or ask for their entirety and updating, or their adjustment (art. 7, of the law n. 196/2003). According to the same article of law you have the right to ask for cancellation, change into an anonymous form or  send veto to the data treated in breach of law, as well as to oppose, for legitimate reasons, to their treatment.
